Branded Goods Consignment Service

Rules for consigning HTA Boutique branded goods:

1.Sending Goods:
- Customers please provide pictures and send price information you want to collect.
- The shop will post the selling price itself and will not charge a consignment fee.

2.Consignment Delivery:
- Consigned goods must be delivered to the store.

- Address: 125B Lo Duc, Hai Ba Trung, Hanoi.
- Please write your name, phone number, and return price on the product.

3.Check Authenticity:
- We will use Entrupy machine to check the accuracy of the product.
- Entrupy machine inspection fee is 900k.

4.Testing Fee:
- If the product is fake, the customer will bear the inspection fee.
- If the product is genuine, we will pay the fee, but the customer must leave the product until it is sold (maximum 4 months).

5.Payment of Inspection Fee:
- After checking Entrupy, if the customer wants to pick up the product, please pay the machine inspection fee.
- After 4 months of consignment without being able to sell, customers can take the product back without having to pay the Entrupy check fee.

6.Deposit Time:
- The consignment time for goods that have been machine tested is until they are sold.
- Customers can pick it up at any time after giving 2 days' notice.

7.Payment:
- Customers will receive payment immediately when the goods are sold successfully.
- Entrupy inspection fee is separate from Hermes products costing 2 million or more.
